About Todd Lewis
Todd Lewis has been a finance professional for more than 30 years, beginning in public accounting and gaining expertise in personal financial planning and business valuation along the way. A lifelong student, Todd holds degrees in Business Administration and Theology (Abilene Christian), and most recently an Executive MBA completed at Pepperdine University.
Originally from Lubbock, TX, Todd attended college in Abilene and settled in the Texas hill country with his wife, Polly, a few years later. There they’ve spent the past 27 years raising two daughters and investing in the local church and community of Marble Falls.
Todd began his journey with Austin Graduate School of Theology in 1997, travelling 40 miles to Austin every week for class while overseeing his own accounting firm and two spirited daughters. His training at Austin Grad helped prepare him to be a shepherd at his church and a thoughtful leader in many community organizations including Camp of the Hills, Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center, Hidden Manna Ministries, and His Joshua House.
The past decade of Todd’s career brought additional learning opportunities as he transitioned from public accounting to overseeing finance, human resources, and quality assurance at Specialty Machine while also pursuing an Executive MBA. His diverse skill set has lent itself well to teaching students at the local branch of Texas Tech University where he is an instructor of accounting and management.
Outside of work and community commitments, Todd can usually be found with a book in hand or diligently assisting his wife with house projects. He is especially gifted at burning steak and BBQ chicken on his outdoor grill. His delight in life is visiting his daughters and their growing families.
