International Student Admission Requirements – Master of Arts in Theological Studies Degree

Application for Admission
$25 Application Fee (waived if application is submitted online)
One to two page essay stating the applicant’s goals in ministry.
Submit three letters of reference, including one from a professor and one from a minister or leader of the congregation where the applicant is actively involved.
Official transcripts sent directly to the registrar from the institution(s) attended. Austin Grad may request that the applicant provide an official evaluation of the transcript.
2.5 minimum GPA
Students for whom English is a second language must submit TOEFL test scores. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores must be at least 550 for graduates.
Additional assessment may be requested.
Payment arrangements: Due to the expense of converting and transferring international funds, students are required to have payment arrangements approved by Austin Grad. Funds must be received in U.S. Dollars and cleared at least one week prior to each term start date.
