Lauren Day is the founder and president of GoodBuzz Solutions. She worked five years in Washington, D.C. and was named in 2014 by Red Alert Politics as one of 30 people under the age of 30 that “was influencing conversations and actions inside circles of political power.” Lauren’s worked in marketing and communications at a political training organization, three universities (including Austin Grad), the U.S. Capitol, a media corporation, a private engineering firm, with missionaries abroad, and at two worldwide PR and advertising agencies. She's a graduate of both Abilene Christian University (B.S.) and Syracuse University (M.S. & M.A.), married to Nate, and enjoying raising their first baby, Jackson Josiah.

This past spring, we surveyed alumni of Austin Grad in an effort to assist in the re-accrediation process, which comes every 10 years with a five-year renewal. On Saturday, October 17 Austin Graduate School of Theology welcomed supporters and partners to the biannual Friends' Day. Monday night Austin Grad faculty, staff, administration, Board of Trustees, returning and new students and their families convened for a time of prayer, worship, reflection, and fellowship for the upcoming 2015-2016 school year.  Dr. Allan McNicol gave the keynote address beginning with: "So, we are here this evening once again on the eve of a new semester. A Hero to the Hurting

Retirement doesn’t exist to Dan Watson. He had a record-breaking baseball career at the University of Texas, started a successful small business, raised a God-fearing family, officiated conference football and basketball, owned and operated an apartment homes building, and for decades has volunteered his time to help others in need.
